Q: Is gratuity included on the bill?
A: Yes, for all events 20% gratuity is added to the bills.

Q: Are there any extras that are available for my event?
A: You can upgrade your party by adding hors d'oeuvres and increasing the variety of food served during your cocktail hour. In addition, we have six high-top bistro tables (with inory linens) that are available to be rented. For cool nights on the porch, consider adding the patio heaters to make the evening special.

Q: Are chairs for the ceremony provided?
A: Stirling Guest Hotel provides 20 white chairs at no additional cost for the ceremony outside near the covered porch. Other locations may have a chair setup fee. If more chairs are required we will gladly make arrangements to rent additional chairs for your event.

Q: Is there an additional fee to hold the ceremony at the Stirling?
A: There is no additional fee. Your single location fee covers that expense if you choose to have your ceremony here. Rehearsals may also be held here. Some couples actually book their rehearsal dinner here. That way they know in advance that the previous day here is theirs. Most couples opt for the BBQ buffet menu. If you do not have a Friday rehearsal dinner booked here, there is the potential that a wedding or other event may be booked here on the Friday before the reception. In this case, we can schedule the rehearsal to take place either earlier in the day on Friday or another day. We coordinate schedules within the few weeks prior to the event to see what works best.

Q: Do you provide meals for small children?
A: We offer children twelve and younger a kid’s meal which is usually breaded chicken fingers, a starch, and vegetable. The child’s meal is priced at $18.95.

Q: Should we be expected to provide meals for the vendors?
A: Yes. Your vendors are expecting a meal so make sure you include them in your counts. Vendors that expect meals include the officiant (if they are staying), photographers, DJs, bands, videographers, wedding planners, and so on. You do not need to provide meals for Stirling staff.

Q: Do you have vegetarian meal options?
A: Yes,vegetarian selections are listed on our menu. Additionally, Chef Ron can accommodate many other dietary needs upon request.
