Saturday weddings require a booking of all 15 suites With no additional location fee

Total Cost $2997.00
Friday or Sunday weddings do not require you to book suites –
There is a $1000.00 location fee
Garden Tent Set Up Fee - $500.00
Bridal showers and baby showers available
$250.00 location fee
Meal prices per person varies with entrée choice
$7.00 per person charge to set-up bar service –
Includes all sodas, mixers, ice, glasses, cocktail napkins, & Bartender!
*You provide all alcohol and it will be Served/Controlled by our staff
Checklist and Reminders
1. Initial deposit- $1000 non-refundable
2. Function sheet agreement signed
3. 8 months prior- 2nd $1000 non refundable deposit
Mail in with dates and names
4. 4 months prior- 3rd $1000 non refundable deposit
Mail in with dates and names
5. 2 months prior- Finalize menu, details, and floor plan
6. 2 weeks prior- Final counts and floor plan due
7. 2 days prior- Guaranteed count due
Any last minute changes or adjustments
8. Final payment due
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable!
